Brettware Wireless utilises the 2.4Ghz 802.11b WiFi compatible standard to offer extensive cost savings when compared to conventional cable type services provided by most Carriers.

To achieve this a portable wireless unit, consisting of a wireless adapter, small antenna and amplifier, is connected to your computer. The wireless unit is compact, fully portable and conforms to all Australian safety regulations. For locations that cannot receive an adequate signal indoors a small grid antenna can be mounted on the roof of your home or office, which is connected to the wireless adapter connected to your computer. This ensures a strong signal, and thus a consistent and fast Internet connection.  

Both solutions receive and transmit signals to Brettware providing you with high speed internet access with speeds (potentially) up to 11 Mbps, limited only by your Internet plan speed cap. Wireless technology is a very practical and cost effective alternative to "wired" technologies such as ADSL broadband.

	Standard Portable antenna Installation - $250.00* Includes wireless adapter, portable antenna, amplifier and sundry equipment. Connects to a stand-alone computer with a spare USB port. No wiring within cavity walls required. Installation takes no more than one hour including signal testing to ensure a strong signal strength for a reliable high speed connection.
	Standard Roof antenna Installation - $250.00*    Includes wireless adapter, small grid antenna and sundry equipment. Connects to a stand-alone computer with a spare USB port. Installed on a single storey building. Requires an antenna-mounting pole no longer than 3 meters.(It may be possible to install on top of TV antenna) Requires wiring within cavity walls. Installation takes no more than three hours including signal testing to ensure a strong signal strength for a reliable high speed connection.

Non-Standard Installations

• Where Brettware determines a non-standard installation is required, the installer will quote the total cost of the installation prior to the installation commencing.

Resale of Wireless Equipment

• If you decide to terminate your Internet Access you have the option to resell the wireless equipment back to Brettware at the then current market value.
